Flower Girls

     Apart from the bride & groom most attraction goes to flower girls & page boys in a wedding ceremony. There's no reason why you can't have two or even three flower girls – it will add to their confidence and ups the cuteness quotient.

     Avoid choosing someone who is too young – she will be confused and perhaps scared. Normally flower girls are chosen from the ages between 5 to 8. If your only choices are unsuitable or not that close to you, there is no reason why you have to have a flower girl. Choose who you feel comfortable with. Don't worry about pleasing a relative; chances are there are so many children in your family you'd have to have several flower girls to please them all.

     Even adults or pets could serve as a flower girl. Determine whether you want a traditional wedding with a little girl serving as flower girl, or one more suited to your life. Possibilities for the latter include an adult flower girl, a pet with a cute bow and a basket or no flower girl at all.
 

     Contemplate what type of photos you want of your wedding. This could change your mind about who you want as a flower girl. Dogs are cute, but you might regret it once you see your official wedding photos.

     Decide whether you want the traditional age, which is usually between 5 and 8 years old, or if you want an older, more responsible child. Keep in mind that the older the child, the more expensive the outfits and gifts for them will be. Try not to hurt anyone's feelings. This could cause a huge fight between your family. You definitely don't want people to be fighting on your wedding day!

     Remember, she's just a little girl! Even if she messes up, it's okay! As long as she looks cute, no one will notice! Don't put too much pressure on her.
 

Page Boys

     The pageboy traditionally could either carry the rings on a cushion to the bride and groom, or walk behind the bride down the aisle carrying the trail of her dress, if it was long. Pageboys are normally between the ages of 5 and 8. Children under 5 are unlikely to understand much of what's going on and may decide to start playing hide and seek just as the vows are about to be exchanged.

     Don't be confuse with your budget plan. If the pageboy already has a smart pair of black trousers and a white shirt then he may only need a waistcoat and tie to complete the look. Make sure the children are dressed in appropriate and comfortable clothing.
 

     Most of the time page boys are chosen by groom from his family members children. Nephews are suit best for the role of a page boy. When age does matter you can choose from your neighbors or friends children.

     If you are going to have young children in the bridal party tell them and their parents as soon as possible, so they have time to plan and get used to the idea. Also, remember that children will often find it difficult to stand through an entire ceremony so it may be a good idea to let them sit down with their parents after their initial duties have been performed.
 

     Who, how many, how much will cost will be paid off once you see the official wedding photos. So don't try to do too many fancy things, keep in mind to lead the tradition with few changes.
